My Nice Girls don't Ride Review ...

Any book by Roni Loren makes me want to jump up and read. Now add it being in the NA genre adds a bit of intrigue to this equation.

Natalie Bourne is having a very shitty birthday! First her car breaks down while she can't get a hold of her boyfriend. Now she has to rely on Monroe Hawkins the mechanic who can help her out with her car. At least one part of her day may be salvageable.

Finally getting a hold of her boyfriend he too bails on her making he day go from bad to worse. Now add that her car can't be fixed puts Natalie in a bad situation. A situation that she has to lean on Monroe for help.

"Looks like he's bailing on you, princess. In my book, that's dropping a pretty important responsibility."

Monroe's intrigued by this girl but knows she's out of his league. But he can't stop playing with her. So when the opportunity rises that he's needed to help prove a point to a douche of a boyfriend he jumps at the chance. Plus what a better way to get this princess on the back of his bike.

Natalie has an axe to grind and Monroe is the perfect solution unfortunately one fake kiss has more sparks then she has ever experienced with her long term boyfriend.

Now that she has kicked her friend and boyfriend to the curb the last thing she wants to do is go back to her trailer park roots. After one crazy birthday night with the surprising girl he offers her the chance to come along on his life experiencing road trip.

Monroe's an aspiring chef and wants to experience a bit more before he gives it his all. Forever he has been looking for this road trip and he didn't expect this kink in his plans with Natalie but he quickly realizes how much he wants her to be a part of it.

Gah! Natalie and Monroe were perfect for each other. Monroe quickly realizes that Natalie is so much more than the princess he first thought she was. There connection was quick but it worked for these two. I thought this was a super sweet NA novella and Roni Loren did a great job dipping her toes in this genre.
