My Review...

After reading Across the Hall which is N.M. Facile's first book I was stoked to be given the opportunity to read this book.

Ty is a person with a good heart but got messed up with the wrong crowd which left him making bad choices.  He is now dealing with the consequences of his actions.

Mary is as sweet as an angel with great intentions but is living with a grudge which makes her quick to judge.

Ty and Mary have a pull to one another but there is a lack of trust that gets in the way.  They are from different worlds that is hard to meet in the middle with everything working against them.

But Mary her love was strong once she opened up her eyes and heart to all new possibilities.

I liked Ty's struggles and his heart and I was thrown with the twist near the end but I liked it as it gave an element of surprise to take away the predictability of the moment.

This book had loads of potential as I liked the concept of the book and I liked learning about certain lifestyles that I am more naive about but with this book I felt it WAY to wordy. There was a bit too much inner dialogue and background details which made the reading process slow.  When there was substance and dialogue between others I did enjoy it.
