My Review...

I adore this series!  Although it was weird to read this series without any Riley's present.  In this installment we have Carolina who is Gray's little sister whom we met in book 6 as well as Gray's BFF Drew where we met him in books 5 & 6.

Drew and Carolina in college had a quick fling where it left Carolina heartbroken and bitter towards Drew but years later Drew realizes that he made a colossal mistake and wants Carolina in his life.

Carolina agrees to a sex only relationship maybe to get back at Drew or maybe to tame her unknown heart.

Drew and Carolina heat up the sheets but both have other career priorities for him it's hockey and for her she is making her debut in the fashion world.  Therefore, their feelings are on the back burner but are making their way to the forefront.

As they continue their careers get busier and Drew gets confused and pushes away again but once they actually talk they realize that anything can happen.

I liked this story. The steam was still present but this love story was a bit tamer in the angst department compared to the others in this series however still a good read.

If you like sports romances then this is a great series to read.

3.5 Thumbs up!
